Dirty Projectors - Gun Has No Trigger
The follow-up to their 2009 full-length Bitte Orca as well as their 2010 Bjork-collaborative EP Mount Wittenberg Orca has been set for release July 9/ 10th this summer. Entitled Swing Lo Magellan, the new LP is the eighth release in a long catalog for this New Wave progressive outfit headed by singer/ songwriter David Longstreth. Known also for their collaborative work with David Byrne, Longstreth and crew have been high on our pedestal and when tender morsels such as this fall on our hungry laps, we fight for scraps and beg for more aural satisfaction.
